A 20-minute video call before you commit to anything.

Insurance receipts
A detailed receipt after every session for your benefits claim.
HST exempt
Psychotherapy is HST-exempt in Ontario. The price shown is what you pay.

How to use your insurance.
Check your plan
Look for "Psychotherapy" or "Registered Psychotherapist" in your benefits.
Pay for your session
Payment is collected at the time of each session via credit card or e-Transfer.
Submit your receipt
You'll receive a detailed receipt after each session. Upload it through your provider's app.
Note: As an RP (Qualifying), my services are covered by many extended health plans. Check with your provider to confirm coverage for a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
Accessibility
Cost shouldn't be a barrier.
I maintain a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for clients experiencing financial hardship. If cost is standing between you and the support you need, please mention it when you reach out. We'll work something out.
24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full session fee. This policy helps ensure availability for all clients. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and this can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
